Return, Exchange and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our policy.

We are 100% committed to making you happy. For whatever reason, you can return or exchange your purchased item and get it within 30 days you received your order. If 30 days have gone by since you get the order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Before shipping any order, each item(s) is hand-checked by a trained member team to ensure customers get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your item(s) arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you have received a defective or damaged item(s) please take pictures of the defect and contact our customer service department right away. We will work with you to guarantee satisfaction.

Returns

To return your product, you should fill up the “Return /Exchange Form” given on this page and we will contact you asap.

Here are Return Requirements you should know:

  1. To request further instructions on how to return your order, please fill up form on this page. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.
  2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Must include a valid original purchase order number from https://sah-store.com.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging. According to the rules, we recommend you do not cut packaging immediately when you receive goods. Read all the information before using the item(s).
  4. Buyers will be responsible for their own shipping cost for returning items unless it’s company mistakes of sending wrong or damaged items.
  5. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item..

Exchange (if applicable)

We provide an exchange service in an easy way, “BUY NEW & RETURN OLD”. Place your new order online for the items you wish and come back to us. Your new order will be dispatched in 24 hours and previous order will be refunded into your same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase after we received the item back in a safe condition.

Please note, postage charge will NOT be refunded (if any). In exchange, we don’t charge any fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of day.

S&H store will refund the product cost deducting $7 shipping fees. Please note, postage cost (if any) Will NOT refunded unless the wrong or damaged product send by the S&H store.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
